TideWater is providing full management of the grounds at several locations throughout the United States and with different branches of the Department of Defense. The maintenance of existing grounds, installation of greenery in new construction, and placement of underground irrigation systems is based on experience and horticultural practices that are unique to each section of the United States.

Jimmy DeLoach is Vice President of The TideWater Group. Mr. DeLoach joined his brother in 1987 to help grow the TideWater name. He is responsible for overseeing all military and government development, while offering management and development counsel to the entire TideWater Group. He is married to his wife, Kim, and they have two daughters, Abbie and Anna.

Skip Thompson is the Military Operations and Development Director of Tidewater Landscape Management, Inc.  He is responsible for overseeing all Military and Government Operations and Development, while offering counsel to the entire Tidewater Group. In addition Mr. Thompson is a Certified Turfgrass Professional, Certified Ornamental Landscape Professional through PLANET, as well as a PLANET Certification Counsel Board Member. He is also OSHA Certified through the U.S. Department of Labor.  He is married to his wife Jennifer and they have two sons Cole, and Brannon.
