TideWater is pleased to announce that Lynn Tootle has been hired as the General Manager for our company. We are exited to have him join this side of the TideWater group. Mr. Tootle brings ten years of experience in the Turfgrass Industry to the position. As a graduate from Clemson University, he also is a Certified Arborist through ISA, as well as, a Certified Turfgrass Professional through PLCAA/PLANET. Mr. Tootle is married to his wife, Vanessa, and they have one child, a son, Nick.

TideWater is pleased to announce that we are hosting our annual Manager's Conference in Savannah, Georgia, February 28 and 29, 2008. This year our focus will be Developing Supervisors. We are excited to have Mr. Drew. St. John, with Wilson-Oyler, join us as the instructor for our Friday classes.

March 2008

TideWater enjoyed an excellent conference last month. The 2-day meeting was filled with information, discussion, and fellowship. 29 attendees met to discuss their thoughts on management, to share suggestion, and receive feedback. It was ann excellent forum.

Mr. Drew St. John was our guest speaker for the Friday class. He led a group discussion on Account Manger Development, Customer Relations, Company Performance, among others. His experience and expertise he has gained with the Wilson-Oyler group was such a bennefit. We were fortunate that he could join us.

The finale of the meeting was the awarding of framed prints of Palm Tree, Nassau by Winslow Homer. These prints are awarded to the companies that meet the one million gross sales for the first time. This year TideWater Landscape Management, Inc. in Jacksonville, Florida and Gro-Masters, Inc. joined with TideWater Landscape Management, Inc. in Savannah, Georgia to be among the elite. We are proud of these companies.

It will be distributed to all TideWater employees. As TideWater continues to grow and expand, the importance of remaining connected is paramount. September 2008

TideWater Landscape Management, Inc. is excited to announce that we are underway with our most recent irrigation project. This project will take place at Dover Air Force Base. At Dover we will be rebuilding the irrigation system in the housing areas to better suit the needs of the soldiers at Dover and Pinnacle Management. This state of the art system will be controlled by an updated computer system renovated by TideWater. With these renovations and installations, Dover Air Force Base can be certain that their lawn, trees, and shrubs will flourish.

TideWater is excited to announce that we are opening our most recent branch in Pensacola Florida. The manager of the branch, Bret Hammons, has much experience in landscape maintenance. He has worked with TideWater for many years and is enthusiastic about this opportunity. TideWater can now be found in ten locations across the United States. Thank you to all of those who made this possible.

November 2008

TideWater has now embarked on our first commercial account, Whispering Pines, with Pinnacle Management Company. Pinnacle manages more than 125,000 residential communities across the United States.
